mpo138 accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment methods: bank transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI, Bank Permata) and e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). Minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000. Deposits are credited to your Account instantly upon confirmation by the payment processor (bank transfers may take 2-5 minutes for inter-bank processing).
You warrant that all deposited funds originate from legal sources and belong to you. mpo138 does not accept third-party deposits. The name on your payment method must match the name on your registered Account. Deposits made from accounts not in your name will be rejected and returned, minus applicable processing fees.
You may request a withdrawal of your Account balance to your verified bank account or e-wallet at any time, subject to the following conditions:
mpo138 processes most withdrawals within 15 minutes during business hours (08:00-20:00 WIB). Off-peak withdrawal requests are batched and processed by 09:00 WIB the following morning. mpo138 does not charge withdrawal fees. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are beyond our control.
In compliance with international AML regulations, mpo138 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawals that exceed certain thresholds or exhibit suspicious patterns. We may request additional documentation, verification of funds source, or temporarily hold withdrawals pending investigation. Users found to be using the Platform for money laundering or other illegal financial activity will have their Accounts permanently closed and funds frozen, with reports filed to relevant authorities.
Standard withdrawal processing: 5-15 minutes (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri) | 15-45 minutes (other banks) | 10-30 minutes (e-wallets). VIP Gold and Platinum members receive priority processing with average times under 10 minutes. Off-peak requests (20:00-08:00 WIB) are processed the next business morning.
mpo138 offers various bonuses and promotions to Users, including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, cashback, and special event promotions. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, which are published on the promotion page at the time of the offer. By claiming a bonus, you agree to comply with all stated requirements.
Most bonuses carry wagering requirements, meaning you must wager the bonus amount a specified number of times (typically 5-10x) before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Example: A Rp 100,000 bonus with 5x wagering requires Rp 500,000 in total wagers before withdrawal eligibility. Wagering requirements and eligible games are clearly stated in each promotion's terms.
mpo138 strictly prohibits bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus repeatedly, colluding with other Users to manipulate bonus outcomes, using betting strategies designed solely to convert bonuses into withdrawable cash with minimal risk, or any other activity that violates the spirit of the promotion. Users found engaging in bonus abuse will have their bonuses and associated winnings voided, and their Accounts may be permanently closed.
mpo138 reserves the right to cancel, modify, or terminate any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Active bonuses may be forfeited if you request a withdrawal before completing wagering requirements, unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms.

RTP percentages are published transparently for each game. If a game disconnects during play due to technical issues, your Account balance will be restored to its state immediately prior to the affected round. mpo138 is not liable for losses resulting from technical malfunctions beyond our reasonable control.
Each game and sports betting market has minimum and maximum stake limits, which are displayed before bet placement. mpo138 reserves the right to adjust betting limits at any time based on risk management considerations. VIP members may have access to higher table limits on certain games.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the mpo138 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and legal action where applicable:
Users found in violation of these prohibitions will face immediate Account closure, forfeiture of all Account balances (including deposits and winnings), blacklisting from future registration, and reporting to relevant authorities where criminal activity is suspected. mpo138 cooperates fully with law enforcement investigations.
mpo138 strives to provide uninterrupted service, but does not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times or free from errors, viruses, or other harmful components. We reserve the right to suspend or discontinue the Platform, or any portion thereof, temporarily or permanently, for maintenance, upgrades, or any other reason, without liability to Users.
The Platform and all games and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. mpo138 does not warrant that the Platform will meet your expectations, that results from using the Platform will be accurate or reliable, or that defects will be corrected.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, mpo138 and its officers, directors, employees, partners, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
In no event shall mpo138's total liability to you for all damages, losses, or causes of action exceed the amount you have paid to mpo138 in the six (6) months prior to the claim, or Rp 1,000,000, whichever is greater.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless mpo138 and its officers, directors, employees, partners, licensors, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Platform; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any rights of another party; or (d) your violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting mpo138 customer support. Upon closure, you must withdraw any remaining Account balance within 30 days. After 30 days, dormant Accounts with balances may be subject to monthly maintenance fees as determined by mpo138.
mpo138 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to:
Upon Account termination or suspension, your right to access and use the Platform immediately ceases. If terminated for cause (violation of Terms), mpo138 reserves the right to forfeit your Account balance. If terminated without cause, you will be permitted to withdraw your Account balance minus any outstanding debts to mpo138. Outstanding bets at the time of termination will be settled according to their natural outcomes, and proceeds credited or debited to your final balance.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming standards and the laws of the jurisdiction in which mpo138 holds its gaming license. Where conflicts arise, the laws of the licensing jurisdiction shall prevail.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation with mpo138 customer support. If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, either party may pursue binding arbitration or legal action as permitted by applicable law.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or if modification is not possible, severed from these Terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
